The team here is awesome: incredibly friendly, respectful, on time and easy to work with. Highly recommend for rides to and from the TriCities for business needs. I'm sure great for wine tours as well.

I didn't even book with TC black and they deserve EVERY STAR. David's friendless, understanding and customer service was superb. Our group didn't end up going on a tour, but just his ability to accommodate while it was up in the air was spectacular. Thank you David. I will definitely be booking for myself in the near future! 10/10 recommend

Our driver, Dave (not to be confused with the owner David), was awesome! He was personable, friendly, on time, and open for suggestions/mixing things up based on how we were doing. At the end we asked for another winery fitting a certain feeling and vibe and he delivered! We're from California wine country and this did not disappoint. 100% would recommend to anyone, local or visitor.

David, the owner, is awesome too! He answered the phone when I was inquiring, responsive via text message, and really listened to our needs when bookings. My husband loves ports and he was sure to include a few spots on our tour.

Again, I cannot say enough good things about TC Black. Book and you won't be sorry!!

TC Black is top notch with punctuality, meet and greet very professional and personalable. Our driver was David who was knowledgeable of the Red Mountian wine county. It was refreshing to conversate of some of the same wines that he too has tried in the past. David was very attentive to our needs through out the day. It was nice to observe his relationship with the vineyards that we attended. The vehicle was absolutely beautiful and the inside immaculate! Overall impressed with TC Black rapid response and communication from the beginning to the time they are on their way!

Excellent, high-end limo like service. For what you pay for a ride in one of those yucky cabs from the airport, you could get a ride in this fantastic, nice and new luxury car. Our pickup from the airport was confirmed via text the day before with confirmation as well as the name of our driver.
That day, as our plane landed, we received a text from our driver. He told me he would be happy to come in baggage claim and assist us with our bags. He waited for them to come off the carousel and loaded them in the car, just a few steps from the loading line.
Finally, it seems like we have a Chicago like service in our smaller town. Can't wait to use them for an afternoon wine tasting event.
