I am setting at work trying to decide what would be a good option for lunch. What I knew I wanted was a boba tea drink, I drove down to Columbia Gardens to get a drink. The Ninja Bistro truck was open for lunch, I decided to order some food from there.
What I can say about my food was that it was a very good portion for the cost. I also ordered fried wantons and chili garlic sauce. The sauces came in these little tiny containers which I thought was ridiculous. For 5 wantons there is no way one of those containers will work. Besides that, I actually like the wantons even though they were a little over done, I happen to like them very crispy.
Now for the yakisoba, the flavor was good and there was a good amount of beef in the noodles, I only had about 3 pieces of broccoli, I was a little disappointed that there wasn't a couple more pieces. I am sorry to say that the noddles were over cooked, I like my noodles to have a little bite to them but when I took a bite the noodles practically dissolved in my mouth which wasn't a good texture at all!! I wasn't able to continue to eat the noodles, I just ate the 3 pieces of broccoli and half the beef. If it wasn't for the wantons I would have only given My review 2 stars.
Maybe I just ended up going in a bad day, it's always hard for me to return to a place once I've had mediocre food.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Teri C.Kennewick, WA391Jul 3, 2019
Please come to our complex a couple times a month. We have the social security building, and Cascade Natural Gas, with a new complex that has just been built.
I work for the Attorney General, and know you'd be popular for food at lunchtime.

We were so excited when we saw the Asian fusion food truck so we gave it a try. We were disappointed. We had the pork dishes, eggrolls, and spam musubi. The only thing that was good was the egg rolls. Spam musubi had under cooked rice and over cooked spam. There was no flavor with the chowmein noodles, portion was small. Not impressed, sorry guys.

I have never had fusion food until I tried Ninja bistro, and the owner David is great. Food is always tasty, love the spam... need to try out curry next. Love to Support the local business out.

Oh my deliciousness!!! This is the best Asian fusion food truck I have ever been to! $8 for a huge serving of yellow curry and 2 Korean tacos, I was starving, but I filled up on curry and had to save the tacos for later. The curry has huge chunks of potatoes and carrots cooked to perfection, the coconut milk broth is very addictive. I was so full, but I couldn't stop eating. And the tacos, oh my flavorful! A burst of flavors the minute it hits you tongue, marinated meat, onions tomatoes, spices I've probably never had. The taste was amazing! I wish I had ordered more. I will be back with my family. Be ready my truck friends, be ready...

Tried a Bao Taco and they microwaved the steamed bun and it was rock hard. Guy at the front counter should also work on his customer service.

Went to opening day at John Dam Plaza with some friends. Ordered the kalua pork taco with mango sticky rice. Yum! I should've stayed at the park for a while longer until I got hungry again to try more things on the menu because everything smelled so good! There was a table with water bottles and stickers with what seemed like caring family members - I think it's a family run business? Anyhow - I'm looking forward to returning as the food was good and affordable. And really - not often do you find kalua pork and shoyu chicken and SPAM MUSUBI on the menu. HELLO?

Stopped by for lunch. Fantastic food. I had the Chicken combo with a side of musubi. Amazing taste. The Mac salad had a unique and great taste. I'll be back for sure.
