I have been a tenant there for several months and have never had any issues.. the staff is excellent
They provide the best customer service and care about every person who rents there...

This place is CRAP! THEIR GATE IS ALWAYS BROKEN SO YOU CAN NEVER GET INTO IT. They recently changed their "software" and lost everyone's cards that were on file and charged everyone a fee for being late when they had our cards on file. I do not recommend this place at all.

Great experience, Michelle was super helpful. She is new there and got a little turned around finding the unit # but, shes killing it!

I've been so stressed out about where I can find a place to store a house full of items... I mean literally everything! So, I called and spoke to a few different storage places and they are all pretty much the same... blah blah hurry up and get you off their phone line kinda deal. Well, the last place I call I was actually told by a coworker to call keylock in pasco. So, she tells me to talk to this lady that's older and been there for a long time, but I guess they hired a new person cause the lady I spoke with was really nice and told me she apologized for not knowing the open units off the top of her head, she said she was just hired like a week ago or whatever. But, she made me feel so much better about not having to worry if I will find a big enough unit, if I will get through this whole mess with no place to go and all that. She let me vent and I guess I needed that cause I felt so much better after. I'm getting everything packed and getting a big unit at keylock this coming week.

Wow! The folks at Keylock Storage are fantastic! They are so organized and helpful. Deanna and Delisa are great- they made sure my storage unit was all ready from my big move from Seattle to here. Moving is stressful enough, and it was reassuring to know that I didn't have to worry about where to store my items. The storage units are available in climate control, which I have, and the location is clean and very nice.

We compared them to other "clean" places and this was the best. Pleasant, courteous staff. We got climate controlled unit because we have some stuff that can't take the summer heat or winter cold. Gave them 4 stars only because I wished the cost was a little lower.

If you want a clean,well taken care of place with a very friendly staff then this is the place. They take pride in keeping the grounds in picture perfect shape and their prices are very reasonable. The staff is very welcoming. Highly recommended!
