We offer lots of ways to provide our clinic teams with feedback. We read and listen to each one -- always wanting to give our patients a 5-star experience. We appreciated this one from a patient in McMinnville... "I was treated very kindly, with professionalism and respect. The nurse practitioner was excellent as well as her medical aide. Very efficient and I was feeling better the very same evening! I had strep throat which was diagnosed within minutes with immediate and accurate testing! It's also important because Black Americans experience disproportionately negative health outcomes compared to White, non-Hispanics. Lack of access to care is a big contributing factor. https://lnkd.in/guHBJ_FH All of us at BestMed are committed to providing the highest quality care to our Black patients, as we are to all our patients.
