Aerospace Joint Apprenticeship Committee (AJAC)

Washington State funded the creation of the Aerospace Joint Apprenticeship Committee (AJAC), an advanced manufacturing registered apprenticeship program, to offer Washington State employers a proven method to capture the knowledge and skills of their most experienced tradespeople and pass it on to the next generation of productive employees. AJAC developed and implemented these apprenticeship programs according to employer need and industry input.
