Founded in 2003, Edgewater is a professional and technical services firm supporting the U.S. Department of Energy and the U.S., U.K., and Canadian Commercial Nuclear Industry, and private sector businesses involved in high-hazard or complex operations. As a DOE Nuclear Operations subcontractor, we provide subject matter expert and staff augmentation support in specialty areas including: Nuclear Operations Nuclear Safety Basis Multidisciplinary Engineering Regulatory Compliance Waste Management Environmental Remediation Maintenance Work Control Waste Transportation Decommissioning & Closure Activities Chemical Inventory and Removal Construction Infrastructure Upgrades Originally founded to support the Los Alamos National Laboratory, Edgewater now supports customers across the U.S. and Canada. Edgewater has five offices, with corporate headquarters in Los Alamos, NM and regional offices in Carlsbad, NM; Oak Ridge, TN; Aiken, SC; and Richland, WA. Edgewater’s background of strong technical capabilities comes from the experience of our management and senior staff, many of whom have worked in nuclear operations for 30+ years. With a team of over 400 highly skilled professionals, Edgewater proudly offers expertise in numerous technical disciplines necessary to support operational environments where Integrated Safety Management and formal, disciplined operations are essential to ensure safety, quality, security, and regulatory compliance.
